Cincinnati Music Fest 2024

Ascend Beyond Travels invites you to a three-day festival in Cincinnati featuring the hottest stars in R&B, jazz, soul, hip-hop, and up-and-coming artists. We have been attending this fantastic event since 2019, and each year, our groups have had an amazing time. The weekend will be filled with fun, festivities, music, and activities like visiting Newport/Cincinnati. More details regarding the itinerary and events are available below. PACKAGE INCLUDES

The packages include the following:

• Concert tickets for both Friday and Saturday nights in Center Field 100 level
• Marriott hotel accommodation (2 nights - Friday and Saturday or 3 nights Thursday - Sunday)
• Brunch on Saturday
• Ballroom/Salsa or Hustle lesson on Saturday
• Round trip charter shuttle to and from the concerts on Friday and Saturday nights
• Official Cincinnati Music Festival T-Shirt

Concert tickets for Thursdays are available upon request at an extra charge. 

Upgrade to Gold or Floor seats are available at an extra charge upon request.

Hotel Parking is available and will be charged directly by the hotel.  The cost is $10 per night.

• The total for a Single is $1050.00.
• The total for Double is $1580.00, which is $790.00 per person.
• The total for Triple is $2115.00, which is $705.00 per person.
• The total for Quad is $2655.00, which is $885.00.00 per person.

Three nights package

• The total for a Single is $1250.00.
• The total for Double is $1780.00, which is $890.00 per person.
• The total for Triple is $ 2325.00, which is $775.00 per person.
• The total for Quad is $ 2850.00, which is $715.00 per person.

Monthly Payment 

Monthly payments are required. 

The final balance is due May 17, 2024.

Cancelation Policy:

The deposit is non-refundable. We advise all individuals to consider this before purchasing. Also, if you cancel after May 1st, your deposit of $150.00 per person and the cost of the concert tickets will be non-refundable.  If a replacement is found, the ticket cost will be refunded.
